What does it mean in practice?

Every Customer with a signed servicing agreement will be provided with servicing assistance within no more than 24 hours from reporting equipment failure.

We also guarantee fast and efficient repairs because we always have necessary parts available in our warehouses. As you can see, our Customer care does not end at the moment of sale. It is a long-term cooperation, long after the purchase and installation of a given device at the Customer’s premises.

We guarantee high-quality service, a competent team of servicing specialists, effective and proper diagnostics as well as immediate failure removal.

We value the time and know how inadvisable production line shut-downs are, therefore, we try to react immediately and remove measuring equipment failure.
